I came from Okinawa for a one‑night visit, and the proprietress was incredibly kind and warm; she even prepared sweets at check‑in, which made me very happy. After check‑out I realized I’d left something behind, and she handled it politely and sent it to me—thank you so much. The inn was quiet and comfortable, giving me a heart‑warming stay. I’d love to stay here again if I ever visit Kikuchi. The way to the inn is a bit confusing, but with GPS it’s fine, and renting a car is recommended. Nearby, there’s a great charcoal‑grilled local chicken shop and Ryumon Dam, making it a convenient spot for sightseeing. I highly recommend this inn to anyone visiting the Kikuchi area.

I appreciated the early check‑in that was arranged for me. It was a pity when a child from another guest on the first floor entered my room while I was trying to change.

The staff were very friendly. When I arrived, they served warm tea and yomogi dango, which was delicious. The room was spacious, clean, and overall very good.

I had a really wonderful stay here. The owner is a fantastic and hospitable person who goes above and beyond to look after you. She was very accommodating with my early check out time and got breakfast ready for me very early. The room is very spacious and the bed is extremely comfortable. It is a homely stay in a serene setting. I would love to come back and stay longer
