The room was nicely renovated and had a small outdoor terrace. The roof terrace area was not very inviting – chairs and loungers were available but all a bit dirty.

The hosts were great, very informative and helpful. The location is amazing, very central yet quiet and safe. The riad is pretty, with a rooftop overlooking the sunset. There was no ventilation in the room or bathroom, so everything stayed wet and started to smell. Plaster kept falling off the ceiling during the night.

The owners are genuinely lovely, and the spot in Essaouira is spot on! The Riad really captured a beach vibe with gorgeous decorations, though the room felt a touch more worn than the photos suggested.

The owners were great, the beds were very comfy (the mattresses aren’t hard), and rooms were cleaned daily. The bathroom was nice with great shower pressure. The rooftop view was sensational, and the location is also great. Nothing really. No AC in the room, I guess? But it was cool when we stayed, so that wasn’t a problem.
