I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel for approximately 7 days. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, comfortable, and nicely organized. Overall, my experience was excellent, and I had no issues during my stay. A special thanks to Omika at the reception for her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help whenever we needed anything. She was very welcoming and made our stay even more comfortable. I would also like to thank Sorab from the restaurant. He was extremely friendly and attentive, and always made an effort to help us find meals that suited our preferences. We truly appreciated his hospitality and excellent service. The location was also a major advantage for us, as the hotel is just a few steps away from KIMS Hospital, which made everything much more convenient during our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience with great service, a convenient location, and friendly staff. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit. Highly recommended!. Nothing

Helpful staff: the gentleman at Batlee (apologies I missed his name tag) bar was very attentive on the night of 20/8 and 21/8, remembered my face, room number, and drink, and was very helpful. Pandey was also very helpful with the luggage and cars.

Staff, Cleamliness, Food quality. Refusal to serve dessert at 10:15 pm though the midnight menu is applicable from 10:30 pm nvoicing - I wA charged 40% for a coke from minibar whereas the permissible limit is 18%

At reception, Rutik was polite and helpful. The manager was very good and provided us a room upgrade. The person at the door was polite and helpful. Breakfast was good. They should keep some cheeses during breakfast; otherwise the food is very good.
