The location is ideal and the room is spacious enough, plus there’s no street noise. The Wi‑Fi is non‑functional, so it’s unsuitable for office work. After taking a shower, the entire bathroom feels like it’s floating, and there’s no bucket available. Staff ignore evening calls, forcing you to dial the official mobile number to get management assistance. The late‑checkout option shown on the booking site turns out to be an extra cost of about 800+ INR per hour—roughly half the price of your stay—which was a shock. Information is half‑provided and unclear. Parking is a headache; although there’s ample space, heavy traffic makes it hard to enter and exit.
