The location and friendly staff were good, but the room cleaning was unsatisfactory and did not meet the Radisson Blu standard I’m used to. The air‑conditioning was controlled by hotel management, so it wasn’t cooling enough, and the narrow window opening let in too little outside air to help cool the room, resulting in an uncomfortable sleep throughout my stay.

The hotel offers every amenity a guest could need for a comfortable stay, everything was well organized and nothing felt missing. The only drawback was the limited variety of breakfast options.

The location and very friendly staff were great, but the garage and car access were a bit far and cumbersome.

The location and large rooms were positives, but there was no change in bed sheets or towels, breakfast was limited, the workout facilities were broken and limited, and it was very expensive for Krakow.
