The family running the guest house was very nice. They picked us up at the airport even though our flight was delayed. The room matched the picture. There’s a small kitchen where you can refill your water. They took us to Bukittingi the next day and showed us around. I’d definitely come back!

Cleanliness, shared space with coffee and tea, friendly and helpful staff. No sink in the bathroom. The nearby mosque was especially loud.

We spent one night at this well‑located homestay between Padang and Harau Valley; the owner picked us up at the airport and his daughter, fluent in English, helped with every request and even drove us to Harau Valley. The price was unbeatable and the hospitality was generous.

The quietness. 1. No ceiling fan for non-AC rooms 2. An elderly person may need to walk up to the rooms which is situated at the top of the house 3. The toilet is clean but little bit compact
