The rooms were really nice, spacious, and had everything we needed. The pool was also nice, and the personnel were excellent. There’s a restaurant with good cocktails. The position isn’t at the beach; you need to walk about 10 minutes, but that was fine.

The quiet location away from the road and clean rooms were positives, but there was no daily room servicing and the location was not ideal.

The staff were perfect, the outside was pleasant. The rooms felt like a youth hostel, not comfortable.

The hotel is perfectly situated, close to Fisherman’s Village, Bangrak Beach and Chaweng. The muay thai gym down the street is also just a 2 minute walk and one of the best on the island. The staff is amazing, especially the two guys in the restaurant Aung and his colleague (unfortunately forgot his name) they make you feel really welcome and are great with children, also the restaurants food is delicious. The deluxe family room next to the pool is gigantic and the price-quality is very good. The swimming pool is nice but really needs some love, it’s getting old and it looks like it’s maintained very well. Also there should be like time schedule for the pool as we had two nights some noise disturbance in the middle of the night of people swimming, we did mention this to the management and they sorted this out right away
