The villa sits on a hill overlooking a valley of vineyards and olive trees, and the pool is a pleasant addition. Breakfast service was absent in the morning as advertised before arrival; only on the second day did we stumble upon pre‑packed croissants and instant cappuccino sachets in the pantry, without any prior notice. The access road to the property is a rough, unpaved track that is poorly maintained and unlit for the final 400 metres.

The apartment was comfortable and spacious, and the pool was well maintained and enjoyable. Like all Tuscan agriturismi, there are unpaved roads to reach the site, which I didn’t particularly like, but it’s just how things are in Tuscany everywhere!

“Beautiful, will be back again.”

The property matched exactly what we were after and felt lovely. Jessica was very helpful and welcoming. We had a large terrace with an incredible view and a lovely pool. The location is quiet, and nearby towns such as Siena, Certaldo, San Gimignano, and Pienza are easily reachable by car. We also appreciated the proximity to the Sentieri della trail and the Marchesi Antinori Winery. The place stayed quiet all day and night, making for a truly enjoyable stay. I wouldn’t say there were any dislikes, but basic amenities like shower gel and herbs/pepper would have made the short‑term use of the facilities a bit more convenient. A few minor issues appeared in our apartment: the shower head pole kept falling out of its bracket, and the induction hob was temperamental. I’m sure these would have been fixed quickly if we had mentioned them, but they didn’t bother us.

The location was top, the room was beautiful, and the pool was fantastic, but the host was not very friendly.

“Muy buena”

The accommodation was perfect, with spacious and comfortable rooms for our 4‑night stay with 4 people; everything was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well equipped, with everything you need if you want to cook something simple, and you could enjoy the outdoor tables with incredible views. The pool was spectacular and we really enjoyed it. However, they didn’t let you drive your car up to the room door to drop off luggage; you could leave the car in the parking lot afterward, which would have avoided carrying the bags, although it’s not impossible to do on foot, it’s a detail worth noting. The wifi isn’t very good, maybe they could improve it. We didn’t like having to take out the trash and also bring the glass bottles in the car to throw them at the entrance of the road. It’s a minor detail, but perhaps the accommodation could offer that service.
