Everything was fine, from the location to the way staff communicated. The bathroom lacked a vent fan, so the odor was very strong and hard to manage; just fixing the smell would make it perfect.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, but light seeped into the room at night.

The room was large and comfortable, with impressive wooden sculptures everywhere, and the staff assisted with bookings to Phu Quoc; I would totally recommend it.
