It was perfect for us and our chocolate Labrador. Very comfortable and felt like home. I wouldn’t say I “didn’t like” it, but the TV in the lounge could use an update and Wi‑Fi would have been nice; it didn’t ruin our holiday, it just would have been nice to have.

The lodge and its surroundings were fantastic and the beach was close by; Dave handled check‑in with clear instructions, reminded us to bring our own towels, offered evening entertainment on site, and even left a pint of milk and a loaf of bread to kick off our stay, which we really appreciated.

The location was amazing and easy to navigate, yet the place was not clean—kitchen and bathroom were poorly cleaned, food stuck to cutlery in the drawer, dirty cups and glasses, a cracked cup that was shocking, and the floor was filthy.

We absolutely love this place—it’s fantastic, right on the beach, a quiet spot, and stunning. The caravan is lovely, clean, and the beds are wonderful. Truly a stunning place.

The property sits in a great spot, and the view from the living‑room window is superb. The facilities were adequate, and we had everything we needed. However, the place needed a thorough clean; it felt a bit grim in some areas.
