This place has everything going for it - it's spotlessly clean, the staff are super friendly, and the location is perfect. It's in the heart of the action, but still manages to feel quiet and peaceful. I'd definitely stay here again.

The staff at the reception are always grumpy and unfriendly, they're completely unapproachable and not social at all. The worst part is that they often mess up the room assignments, like when I arrived at 11:45 PM and they had no room available for me. They sent me to a nearby hotel, but then they gave me directions to the wrong place. To make matters worse, I was given a smoking room despite booking a non-smoking one, which is a recurring problem for me whenever I book here.

This is a budget hotel, which I knew going in. Unfortunately, the staff and overall maintenance leave a lot to be desired.

It's cheap, and the location's not bad. But the worst part is the window to the hallway, which couldn't be closed properly, and was half-open in my room 😅.
