The staff were friendly but unhelpful when I raised a complaint; there were uncovered drainage holes in the sidewalk that I tripped over at night and got seriously injured, and no manager contact or compensation was offered; water pooled on the floor in my room, the pillows were very flat (only two instead of the expected four), people stood outside, a strong weed smell lingered, and a visibly drunk woman roamed the parking lot.

Nothing was stated that the facility was pet‑free, yet I had to step in dog crap to reach my room; roaches were present and the bed linens had cigarette‑burn holes.
