The staff are truly amazing, the stay was clear and quiet, and if you have a car, free parking plus the E311 highway gets you anywhere in Dubai. The variety of restaurants and bars, plus discount vouchers for your stay, are fantastic. Huge thanks to Vanessa for the excellent service and for making sure I got the best deals. The only downside is that the location can be tricky if you don’t have a car; otherwise it’s perfect.

“Your own jacuzzi in the suite”

Their suite had its own jacuzzi; special thanks to receptionist Ms. Vhanessa. The hotel is also close to a supermarket.

“Bad experience”

Unfortunately no thing was good. during my reservation time I requested for an extra bed due to my booked for 3 adults. Unfortunately this time in hotel the assistant staff was refusing to provide an extra bed. After I provided my request to hotel staff, will serve the extra bed for one night only and for 2 remaining nights I have to pay AED 100 for each night. That is not fair I paid AED 200 for remaining 2 nights, and the hotel assistant staff refused to be helpful with work I make complaint in booking application no response and as well the hotel If you asked about your policy it showed that after my reservation only. So, this was not clear with customers
