The room matched my expectations, with simple facilities, and the location was amazing—close to the train station, in the center, right by the canal, with plenty of food options. The staff were lovely, and I didn’t find anything I disliked; it was exactly what I expected.

They gave me a top‑floor room with a canal view, and I felt very lucky; the location was excellent, close to the central station and the most interesting walking area. Towels were supplied at reception and liquid soap and shampoos were in the bathrooms. There weren’t enough hooks around the basins for the staff, and separate bathrooms for men and women would be nicer, though it seems each level has only one bathroom area. A small light at each bedside would help when the others are sleeping. The hotel name could be something like “Riverside Hotel”; I booked it because it was close to the station, but I didn’t realize it was by the water, bridge, and cafés.

Check‑in was quick, the reception was open 24/7, the location is great, and the area is well connected. There was mold in the bathroom because it had no window and couldn’t be ventilated, and unfortunately there were no hair dryers or other useful accessories.

Clean, quiet, and everything needed is there. The room had too few pieces of furniture; for three people there were only two chairs.

Good location near the train station. The rooms were not cleaned, there was no private space to change, and safety standards were not respected.
