“Overrated and under delivered”

There was nothing positive to mention. The place was old, the staff were terribly trained and clueless about the property, and the Marriott Bonvoy helpline couldn’t resolve my membership issue. Your business is clearly in decline.

“They charged $15 for a sour breakfast six dollars for coffee five dollars for a cup of water. They charge for a parking”

They charged for parking, and I had no other place to park. They also charged for breakfast that was going sour. Security told me to park elsewhere even though I paid for a parking pass and was on a motorcycle; they wanted me to use the back lot with no cameras.

Check‑in was delayed due to staff computers being down, but they quickly got back to work. The breakfast staff were wonderful, especially Ben, who made sure we had everything we needed and kept my coffee cup full 🤗. The turkey sausage was hard and dry; the turkey patties were better.

“Clean but Rude Staff”

The room was clean and modern. However, I was told to use the back parking lot, but when we returned late there was no access on the backside of the building because the doors were locked. A security guard was very rude about opening it, taking down each sign on each door twice before letting me in. The point of having security in the parking lot is unclear when the entire backside is locked. We’re adults—give us a key for the back main parking lot. I wouldn’t stay here again because of that guard.

“Awful experience with unprofessional staff”

I was handed a key card and taken to a room that was already occupied; the other guest’s belongings were still there, and the staff just laughed it off. They then moved us into a downgraded room that had an open water bottle left for us, but the comforter was stained with blood.
