The front desk was enthusiastic, but the room was dilapidated, damp, with a non‑cooling AC and a hot‑cold vent on the balcony that sounded like a tractor, there was no parking, the toilet was dirty, and the sheets, blankets, pillows, and towels were yellowed and stained.

I was a bit hesitant after seeing a one-star review, but I decided to give it a try and was pleasantly surprised. The room was beautiful, especially considering the price, and it was clean and conveniently located with a lovely view. The staff were also friendly and helpful, and it was close to cafes and restaurants. The owner was warm and welcoming, and I'd definitely stay here again.
