“El personal súper atento”
The staff were attentive, but they forgot the towels, there was no breakfast, and the Wi‑Fi didn’t work.

We actually couldn’t stay at the hotel. Despite having a formal confirmation from Booking, we were told upon arrival that no rooms were available and that our reservation had “not been responded to.” I presented the confirmation and the messages exchanged with the person who handled my request, yet no proper solution was offered. We were traveling to see Alejandro Sanz and it was about 14:00 on Saturday, making the situation even more difficult. The only alternative given was to move to a hostel, which I prefer not to comment on further, as it was a passing place that didn’t meet the conditions or the standard of the originally booked service. It’s unfortunate that the hotel remains on Booking if it can’t guarantee confirmed reservations or basic platform policies. Terrible management and a complete lack of responsibility toward the client.

The place is in a great spot and the staff were really helpful, everything else was fine.

I never stayed there because they cancelled my booking; I couldn't arrive, they told me there was no room and I never got to get there, and the platform didn’t respond quickly enough.
