The location was the best walking distance to every place to visit. I had to carry suitcases up stairs to a lift and then down a flight of stairs to the room, which was disappointing. The air conditioning was not working properly and that made it uncomfortable.

The location is perfect for a stay in Rome, and the staff are perfect.

The shutters/windows block out outside noise well, it’s cozy and close to the action, and the air conditioning was great. The bed was okay… a bed topper would be great for a little more softness. Communication needs to be more readily responded to… perhaps someone else covering for any staff on days off?
