The staff were super friendly and the location was prime - close to all the main sights. However, the room we got was in a different hostel than the one in the pics, and let's just say it wasn't exactly pleasant.

The staff were really attentive and the location was great, super quiet too. However, I was a bit miffed that they didn't give me the room I was promised - it was a lower quality one, but the price was the same.

I made a reservation, but when I arrived, the room was already taken - talk about a bummer. Had to scramble and find another hotel, which was a real hassle. Not exactly the experience I was hoping for.
