We have stayed at the Kendall several times and have stayed in different rooms its so nice and quite and lots of history. Love love love this place and will definitely stay again !. That's hard to say cause we have loved it everytimes

The property is gorgeous and I’d love to return just to lounge in the plentiful chairs and rockers. The room was otherwise well furnished, though the bed and pillows felt a bit worn.

The restaurant was excellent. They need to focus on more detailed cleaning. The ceiling fan was full of dust. The fabric couch in front of our bed needed to be replaced. A rustic look is fine but make sure the couches are cleaned. The doors need to be adjusted so they close properly. The overall vibe was fine and the restaurant food and drinks were excellent

The room was spotless and very comfortable, and check‑in was smooth with friendly staff. Parking was convenient. The surrounding area looked a bit rundown and uninviting, and the town shut down by 8 pm, leaving no affordable places to eat. We were just passing through Boerne for a retreat and expected a pleasant evening, but everything was closed. Even the porch furniture was dirty and dusty, though the interior of the room was great.
