The staff were supportive and responded quickly, even over the phone, and the manager handled everything well. They helped us a lot, so nothing negative.

There was nothing to like. The hotel had wrong information and was a PG stay.

I'm still trying to process the disaster that was my stay here. The hotel's location is decent, but that's where the positives end. The rooms were tiny and the noise from the street was relentless. I paid a premium for this place, but it was a complete waste of money. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unhelpful, which didn't help matters.
