What I liked was that if anything went wrong I could reach out via chat, and they responded within five minutes when my room lacked a hair dryer. The room itself was clean and comfortable, so I had a pleasant stay.

The hotel was spotless and in a great spot, with friendly staff who were always ready to help—even when we checked in at 4 am. Every floor had vending machines stocked with shaving kits, dental kits, snacks, and drinks, all free of charge. Breakfast was generous with local fare, yet it also offered toast and cereals for a more traditional start.

The room wasn’t very clean, and there was a lot of noise from the corridor—especially around the water bottle and coffee area. The soundproofing was poor; you could hear almost everything from inside the room.
