“Fijn hotel op een goede locatie in Jogja!”

A fresh hotel on a great spot, and from there you can hop in a taxi and reach the main sights quickly. A good warung with local food, a laundry service, a spa/massage and the popular Asian ice shop Mixue are all within a 3‑minute walk. The first room we got wasn’t clean: the floor was dirty, hair on the floor and walls, and the worst part was that there were a lot of ants. After we complained, they gave us a new room that was clean and ant‑free.

“Comfortabel, gezellig, goede locatie en lief personeel.”

A stunning hotel in a prime spot in Yogyakarta, and we could walk easily to the main street packed with restaurants and bars. The room was gorgeous and was cleaned thoroughly every day. The pool was nice too. The staff were incredibly friendly; I left the door feeling so happy when they cheerfully said goodbye. We wanted to book two more nights and they even made sure we stayed in the same room. Truly great service and top‑class staff!

“Heerlijk.”

The room was very modern, beautiful, and bright. Its location in the city was perfect. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful! There was nothing wrong; everything was fine.

“Decepcionante”

It wasn’t bad, but the photos make it look larger. You expect more. Apart from that, you expect more than what you see when you arrive, the rooms are small and the luxury shown in the pictures isn’t felt, and there were ants in the room. The staff’s treatment was the least liked part. We had an accident and needed to move our return trip forward, yet they charged us for the entire week even though we notified them after the first night. I think they shouldn’t have charged the full amount because we weren’t there and left the rooms free for other guests or for consideration if you have a justified reason like in our case.

A newly opened hotel that’s spotless, with spacious rooms, excellent breakfast and a convenient location that lets you reach everything within a few minutes on foot or by car; we absolutely loved it.
