The apartment is clean and roomy in Taormina’s centre, with coffee machine, fridge, and bathrooms; breakfast vouchers are at a tasty patisserie next door, and the balcony is fantastic—adding a table and chairs would be nice. A bottle of wine or cava at the welcome would be great.

Everything was wonderful: the apartment is extra spacious, the master bedroom huge, each room has a large smart TV, the location is exceptional, and it’s super clean. The host was great, coffee and sugar treats were waiting, the balcony is big, and it looks even better than the photos. Well done.

I liked how roomy the place was and its great spot right next to Umbelt Street, but I had no idea it was an unmanned, Airbnb‑style apartment when I booked. The Wi‑Fi and TV didn’t work, and calling the listed phone number only got me a non‑Italian‑speaking operator, so it’s not for anyone who can’t sort things out on their own.
