You can tell this place is owner‑run and the guest is the priority. I felt at home and the location impressed me. I was especially pleased to book breakfast on site, and they even served me a freshly fried sunny‑side up egg. I’ll definitely come back.

I booked around 20.00 via booking. When I arrived by taxi, there was no reception. The elevator wasn’t working. I went up to the upper floor with my luggage hoping to see a receptionist or staff, but saw no one. When I called the number given in the contact details, they asked for my credit card details over the phone. I told them I had already paid with a credit card through booking. If I could meet someone face‑to‑face, I’d say I could pay in cash. A staff member had to accompany me to hand over the room key, but the phone operator said the hotel couldn’t come. I couldn’t enter the room I had booked. I called a taxi again and found another hotel.

Overall a great hotel, breakfast is more than sufficient, rooms are quite good, though I can only judge the apartment. Unfortunately there are no private parking spaces.

The rooms are beautifully furnished and newly renovated. The location is very central. The view from the room faced the back courtyard of a restaurant and wasn’t very appealing.
