I booked a non‑refundable room, but when I arrived around 3 AM the room was unsanitary: pillows looked dirty, the shower had mold, and overall the room wasn’t properly cleaned. With no other options available, I stayed out of necessity. I’m seeking a refund or compensation because the condition fell far below what I reasonably expected.

I was in Ruidoso for only two hours before I high-tailed it out of there and lost my money. The smell in the room was awful, and I didn't even bother to take a shower. The room was dirty, with trash all over the place, and the noise from the outside was unbearable. There were people hanging out outside, making a racket, and the staff didn't seem to care. I took some photos, but I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. If you want to see the evidence, just ask me.
