“Ein schönes, stadtzentrales Hotel für den Kurztrip nach Düsseldorf!”

The location is central, everything is easily reachable on foot, and the Savoy-Theater is right next door where we attended an event. The accommodation is nice, clean, and has a pleasant atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and attentive to guests, and the reception is open 24/7 for questions. The view from the balcony is limited to the rear building of an old city hall, so it’s not scenic for city lovers, but it’s fine for relaxing and soaking up the sun. The artistic ambience on the floors was somewhat marred by orange‑red laundry carts parked against the wall.

“Great stay at a nice hotel, fun decoration/theme. Breakfast was really good.”

I was pleased with the room itself; the bathroom is quite spacious. However, the tiles still need to be dried out, which would be a quick fix.

We stayed mainly to see a show at the Savoy Theater, and the theater is literally door‑to‑door. Nothing could be better. The parking lot is directly opposite, which is great.

I felt completely comfortable and enjoyed my stay! I especially want to thank Madi for the warm care. ❤️ The fresh fruit that arrived with me—delicious bananas 🍌 and apples 🍎🍏—was a lovely surprise. A huge shout‑out to the cleaning team: absolutely fantastic! Everything was done quickly, thoroughly, and with great care. That’s what you want. I stayed in room 402 and was very satisfied. Next time I’d like to try room 403. 😊 Thank you for the excellent service and pleasant atmosphere. I’ll definitely come back! ✨
