The breakfast was great. What I liked most was the hospitality from Annalisa.

You liked the town but the view was a bit worse than expected. Breakfast was fine. We missed a private terrace and there were no wine glasses in the room.

Attention to detail, kindness, availability, and a stunning location surrounded by green and the tranquility of the Tuscan countryside, yet still a short walk from Montalcino’s center.

Very good location, comfortable parking, good communication with the host, comfortable bed, lovely courtyard! The room was small with only one window in the bathroom, which had no fan to keep the space ventilated. The main issue was the insufficient cleaning; it looked like a closed room that hadn’t been refreshed in a while (dust under the bed, leaves and dust behind the fridge, grime in the toilet). Given those problems, the price was too high. With a bit more attention, it could be very good!

The breakfast was good, and the setting was pretty and tidy. The room, however, looked nothing like the photos on the website, was small, had no window, and offered no view. The reception was nonexistent and unfriendly, and the price was high.
