The air‑conditioning was awful, the carpet was extremely dirty, there were cockroaches in the room, and a tapping noise came from the furniture; the hotel manager was very unhelpful and seemed suspicious of people.

The hotel was horrible; the rooms were infested with cockroaches, the air‑conditioning didn’t work properly, the TV was broken, and the manager was disrespectful.

We had a wonderful stay at Bianchi Hotel Alexandria. Everything was excellent, and the atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming throughout our stay. A special thank you to Mohamed, Doha, and Fatma for their outstanding hospitality, kindness, and professionalism. They were always friendly, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. It was truly a great experience, and we really enjoyed our time here. We would definitely recommend Bianchi Hotel to anyone visiting Alexandria and would be happy to stay again. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

I have to say that European guests definitely have different needs, and not all Egyptian properties meet them. Bianchi is a beautiful exception in Alexandria, and I can recommend it without hesitation. The location isn’t central, but the city center is easily reachable; it also has a private beach with a stunning sea, clean and welcoming interior spaces, a decent restaurant for meals and breakfast, and, above all, a courteous staff always ready to help—something I rarely find. Without such support, staying in Egypt can be difficult, so for me Bianchi is the first choice if you plan to stay in Alexandria.

The hotel was clean, the rooms were spacious, and it was close to a private beach. The staff were very helpful and polite. I will never forget a visit to this hotel. 🥰
