Two air conditioners (the apartment spans three floors): the ground floor with a couch and the first floor with a pull‑out bed can be cooled, but the top floor with the large bed cannot. The key transfer is complicated: you must pick up the key from a distant keybox and return it there. A €400 deposit is required. Everything is complex and handled by external providers. The “little garden” is just a small courtyard where the bins are. We saw rats several times, could not leave the window open to ventilate or sit outside. Silverfish and other insects were present in the kitchen and bathroom – see photos. The ground floor smells unpleasant, and the top floor was too hot because the air conditioners only cool the ground floor and first floor. Communication with the landlord was unsatisfactory.
