Enigmatic Boutique Hotel

“Excellent Location! Excellent design of property polite staff”

This boutique hotel was a gem. After my friend and I debated a while, he found this beautiful place. I liked the surroundings, the relaxing area with background music, the small plunge pool, the decor, the nice staff, and the location—10‑15 minutes to La Isla mall, nightlife, and beaches. OXO was just 3 minutes away, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. I didn’t like that the breakfast area played music very loudly at 07.20 am, and some rooms overlooked the restaurant, causing sleep deprivation. The pool had leaves, so I couldn’t swim, but the plunge pool more than made up for it. My bedroom door didn’t lock from the inside, so anyone could walk right in; it only locked from the outside, so I had to barricade it with a suitcase at night. I reported it but nothing was fixed. On arrival, the taxi driver broke my suitcase handle, which wasn’t a great start, but the staff and the hotel made up for it.

“Lovely relaxing oasis”

The hotel is fabulous for the price. Our two king bedrooms were huge, very nicely furnished, and had excellent air‑con. The pool area is great, not just an exposed pool but also rocks, a waterfall, and greenery. The restaurant is great, attracting people from outside, not just guests, with a Japanese/Mexican influence and a seafood emphasis. We ate outside under the trees by the pool. There’s also a café with a proper espresso machine. The free breakfast was simple and nice—fruit, eggs, and other options, coffee in whatever type you desire. It’s a quiet little upscale neighborhood. We only stayed one night before flying out of Cancun, but we would have liked to stay longer and would definitely return. The airport is a 20‑minute drive, and we could park on the street right by the hotel entrance.

“Je reviendrais avec plaisir”

The staff were attentive and very friendly. The room and bed were very large, we were on the ground floor, and the Wi‑Fi was excellent. The bar servers, the rest of the staff, and breakfast were very nice. The sushi is very good. The only tiny flaw was that we didn’t find a place to dry our towels and swimsuits.

“Nice hotel tucked away in a quiet neighborhood”

Cute hotel tucked away in a neighborhood. The pool is super cute, lagoon‑like. The couple running the breakfast were very accommodating. Some moron was chain‑smoking, but that’s not their fault!!
