Everything was spotless, the bed was comfortable, the AC worked well, and the towels and linens were pristine. Water was refilled daily, and the full-size elevator served the upper floors. The location is fantastic, with everything nearby; the lack of breakfast isn’t a problem because there are plenty of cafés and a good market just a door away. The room size is good, not a rabbit hole, and after moving from another hotel we left our luggage in the lobby until check‑in, only to find it waiting in the room by evening. A kettle, tea, coffee, and sugar were provided, and the TV streamed YouTube from a phone, so you could watch anything in Russian without a VPN. The only downside might be the view of a courtyard well from the window—check when booking if that matters, but we actually liked the quiet.

The location was perfect and the staff were friendly. I didn’t like that, despite being a deluxe room, it was an interior room with no natural light—so you couldn’t tell if it was day or night. The room was quiet, but the cleanliness could be better.

The spot of the hotel is spot‑on, just a stone’s throw from public transport, eateries and historic landmarks. Because I have a long‑term allergy, I asked for a room that was clean and well‑ventilated, and the hotel nailed it – the room was bright, fresh, and dust‑free, making my stay super comfortable. The staff, especially Karim and Fadil, were very respectful and helpful. I’d definitely return and highly recommend this place!
