The room was spotless every day, the staff were super friendly and attentive all the time, and the breakfast served at the table was incredible.

We loved everything! A magnificent place with an unobstructed sea view, a very large and well‑decorated room (cleaned daily), a terrace overlooking the sea and a private pool, and staff who were adorable. The breakfast by the sea next to the pool, the restaurant dishes were very good, and the calm away from tourist areas was a plus. They organized our island activities on site. Huge thanks to the entire staff, especially Yester and Rachid. Nothing—everything was perfect.

The outdoor pool offers a simple panoramic view. The equipment is outdated, the linen is clean but always stained, the private pool is greenish and poorly maintained, there’s no working flat screen, no usable bathtub, termites scratching exposed beams and furniture, and the room is damp.

Our stay at Kasha Boutique Hotel was absolutely wonderful—a truly beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing place, a little piece of paradise perfect for honeymooners. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. Rashid was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and attentive throughout, handling every request in under 10 minutes no matter the time, and was almost 24/7 available, making us feel like nothing was a problem. Breakfast was excellent with a great variety of delicious options. The hotel itself is very calm and beautifully decorated, with charming corners and many photo‑worthy spots, ideal for our honeymoon. The atmosphere is quiet, relaxing, and feels like a true escape. We also appreciated the Masai team near the parking and entrance, adding safety and comfort. A special thank you to Yustra, John, and Rita for their kindness and hospitality. Kasha is truly a calm paradise, and we would happily return. Highly recommended for couples and honeymooners seeking a peaceful, beautiful stay in Zanzibar. The last 500 m of the road to the hotel can be a bit challenging; reaching the hotel isn’t as easy as expected, but after the first day it becomes less of an issue. If you’re after a beach experience, Kasha may not be the right choice—it’s not directly on a typical beach, though the pools are excellent and the overall vibe focuses on relaxation and tranquility. The hotel is quite isolated, so there aren’t many nearby restaurants, but the on‑site restaurant is very good, so you can still enjoy good food without leaving the property. These minor disadvantages didn’t affect our overall enjoyment but are worth knowing before booking.
