The location was good, the room was clean, and we received exactly the room we booked. It had everything needed, even a kitchen and washing machine, plus toiletries, slippers, a robe, toothpaste, a brush, a hair dryer, a iron, and a TV. Overall, we were satisfied, except for the check‑in delay: we were told we couldn’t check in until 12 pm. We arrived early, tired from the drive, and asked to be let in earlier, but the front‑desk lady simply said it wasn’t allowed. We would have understood if she said the room was still being cleaned, but she just said it wasn’t permitted until noon. Usually, hotels let guests in early if the room is ready. The front‑desk staff also said we’d have to pay half the previous day’s rate to check in early at 8 am, which we didn’t want for a few extra hours. We finally checked in after 12 pm. When we checked out, we had to look for the front‑desk lady, but she wasn’t there.
