“I would probably only stay there again because of the location”

The spot was ideal—right in the city center and shopping district. The bed was large and comfortable, and it was quiet. I couldn’t adjust the TV volume up or down, so I had to stop watching a movie I’d paid for because the volume was too low. One bedside lamp didn’t work—apparently the bulb type was wrong and didn’t fit. The recycle bin lid was broken, and a bedside lampshade was a bit shabby with fabric peeling inside.

“The room satisfied the purpose of my stay CBD”

The room was comfortable, but the Hotel Access room wasn’t simple enough.

“Due to issues with the facilities the presentation of the room was sub-standard.”

I liked using the gym and swimming pool, but the room’s presentation was sub‑standard: the washing machine and toilet seat were broken; ceiling lights and vents were dirty and dusty; the main cupboard was broken; one bedside lamp was faulty and both lampshades were tatty and scruffy; the curtains were creased and didn’t close properly, letting light through the gap in the middle; the TV setup was very unsightly with cables hanging down and toilet paper stuffed in the wall; I couldn’t view any TV channels during my stay and there were no instructions on how to use the TV; I received no helpful customer service after sending several emails during my stay. The room was managed by Airbnb Kodiak Management Ltd, Auckland.

“Colchón Malo . Pileta hermosa. Céntrico”

I liked that the place had a beautiful pool and gym. The mattress was very soft, impossible to sleep on. I stayed for 15 days and asked them to replace it because I have three back surgeries; after two nights I slept on the floor for the remaining 13 days. They promised to send someone to the room but never came to check my complaint.

“موقع مميز”

The location and room equipment were integrated. I had trouble getting a key, waited two hours despite repeated calls and no response, and finally an employee asked me to go to another location to pick up the key even though it was cold and raining. Trash piled up next to the room and cooking odors leaked from neighboring rooms.
