“Para repetir ya que se como realizar la enrtrada”
We didn’t have breakfast. The hotel was comfortable once check‑in was completed. The person who assists with check‑in was friendly, but couldn’t help me actually do it. I couldn’t complete it beforehand as the email said because I couldn’t use the camera, and doing it manually was tedious. When I arrived, I couldn’t enter the hotel because it had to be done online; I told them I couldn’t, and they replied that even if I sent my ID she wouldn’t help. While it wasn’t done, they wouldn’t give me the keys, and that was communicated over the phone. It doesn’t seem reasonable or easy.

The room was completely renovated, the bed was very comfortable, and the mattress was good.

The location was great, the online check‑in let me skip the front desk, and the air conditioning was a real relief. The room lacked a mini‑fridge, and the mattress and pillows were awful – for a hotel you’d expect sleep to be a priority; we woke up with sore bodies and necks, but at least it was only one night before we kept traveling.
