The hotel is just next door to Panakkukang Mall, which is very convenient. Alfa Mart is right outside the hotel, and Grab rides are easy to get. If you need to perform Jumaat prayer, that’s also just next door. The staff are very polite, and there’s a car park on the ground floor. Nothing else to note; I like everything as long as you don’t expect 5‑star hotel amenities.

The spot is close to the shopping mall for dinner, but the room was filthy: the sheets had stains, there were damp spots on the ceiling and in the bathroom, and it seemed like someone had already slept on them, leaving a strong odor that lingered for the whole night. I asked the front desk for another room; they gave me a new key card, yet the new room was even worse, so we stayed in the original one.

The location is very good, and the staff is helpful when I checked out. I was waiting for the key for about 1 hours after checked in since I moved to the another room due to the previous room they were given to me having a terrible smell. I guess its a smoking room or something, but I requested to move to the another room and I have to wait for the key for that long
