The hotel is clean, comfortable, and has nice room service; its location near the airport makes it ideal for a short stay in Delhi after arrival or before departure. The bathroom was very tiny and designed so the floor never fully dried. Though we asked for a room with two beds, we only received a single double bed. Half of the items on the menu were unavailable, but what was offered was good. The elevator sometimes breaks and you get stuck.

The rooms are good, neat and clean; the hotel works well for families and couples. The lift is not working properly.

I was initially drawn to this hotel's fantastic location, but unfortunately, my stay was marred by the fact that the room wasn't as clean or comfortable as I had hoped for. Despite this, the hotel's proximity to local attractions was a major plus.

The receptionist and staff at this hotel truly went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, with their friendly demeanor and helpful attitude making a big difference. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service I received.
