The staff had smiling faces all the time. The bathroom should have been cleaner and there was water puddle around the toilet . The towels were looking dirty (look like used a lot instead of being dirty )

The staff were friendly and the room was kept tidy, but it’s a shame you can only have breakfast there and there’s no hot food.

The location was great, the bed and bathroom were comfortable, and the rooftop was pleasant, yet the bed linens weren’t very clean.

The hotel is brand‑new and everything was very clean, with slippers, a toothbrush and toothpaste provided, but breakfast offered little variety—only Indonesian dishes, no Western options, not even milk—and staying on the third floor was noisy because the breakfast buffet is on the second floor, so you’re woken up by a lot of noise as early as 6 am.
