“Value for money, could be more smooth guest handling”

The room had required facilities including warm water Location is fine. Mine was a late check-in and the hotel had agreed for check out by 3:30 pm in written request and response, The checkin staff had to be reminded about the same as they key insisting 10 am checkout. Even when I was out, at 11:30 am I got call from the same person requesting me to check out. Not all smooth. there was no check-in desk. The staff brought me up to my room along with their check in register and wanted me to provide required documents etc, knowing I needed rest with close to 5 hrs being on the road

“Wohnen im Mülltal”

The hotel is in a side valley away from traffic links. The valley is a garbage dump from start to finish, with burning trash that stinks. The owner didn’t care. A neighbour opened the room, it smelled mouldy, and there were no towels. The owner had already demanded a deposit the day before, which we didn’t pay. We never used the room! We wonder how such a place gets positive reviews.
