Everything about the place was perfect: the strategic location, stunning scenery, sleeping in this castle was insane, beautiful. No complaints.

The place looked pretty. The floors creaked, and people above us walked around from 4am. It was unbelievably hot, so I had to put a fan on and keep the window open when it was 3 degrees outside. Communal areas were unclean. Breakfast options were poor and the cooked breakfast was burnt.

The rooms were spacious and had a touch of character. The long lounge area and games room were nice, and the food at the restaurant was great too. It seemed a bit tired and could use a bit of TLC.

Emma was fantastic, enthusiastic and lovely during our stay. She was very helpful and that made the stay memorable.

Das Schloss war net und das Personal freundlich. Kleine Bar zur Unterhaltung. Das Essen war gut, Frühstück nicht so. Die Wasserhähne waren defekt, die Toilettenbrille wackelte, etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
