The place is well‑located and spotlessly clean, but the rooms feel a bit cramped.

I liked that the double bed room still had a decent amount of space even with two beds, and the bedding was so comfortable I slept like a log. The tram stop was right in front of the hotel and the bus stop was only a 4‑minute walk away, which was super convenient. Walking to Bakehouse Vancha (10–14 minutes) was also a plus, and the famous milk tea place My Cup was close by. I was worried about missing the free shuttle during the holiday period, but it ran smoothly. When checking out, I’d advise arriving early. There are three elevators, but the flow of diners and departing guests overlaps, so you might have to wait a while.

The room was nice and clean, check‑in was easy, and the beds were comfortable. The only downside is that it’s small if you’re a family of five in a family room.

The price was good on the site and it’s near Happy Valley, which I wanted. However, there was no doorman, and the reception had many steps to move your luggage. The front‑desk staff seemed dismissive and uninterested. The hanging space only fit a few shirts, and there were no drawers. Amenities were limited to shampoo and hand soap. The view was blocked by screens, so curtains couldn’t be closed and there was no view in the morning. The bed was uncomfortable. Room service never arrived, and housekeeping and guest services didn’t respond to several attempts. Thankfully, the Front Office manager heard our complaint, switched our room, and offered a bottle of wine as compensation, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a romantic stay. It’s very basic. The hotel shuttle to Causeway Bay Shopping is a plus.
