The location and cleanliness were good. It might be useful to install wall tablets so you can place your phone and other small items.

The cleanliness and location were good. Initially the access code didn’t work and it took a while to get in. There was no coffee machine, which is now standard in any accommodation. The bathroom had no soap or other detergents. The parking in front of the building was occupied by other cars, but I was able to park nearby. For one night it’s acceptable.
The stay was really pleasant, everything perfect! The new building is very beautiful, welcoming, and meticulous in detail. The room was spotless and tidy, as were the bathroom and common areas. The bed was very comfortable and the setting extremely quiet. The air conditioning works wonderfully, although we hardly needed it: the window has a mosquito net and the square is very quiet, so you can sleep peacefully with the window open. Absolute silence! I also appreciated the small touches for guests: we found a coffee machine, tea, and complimentary water in the fridge, and the shower had shampoo too. I liked the very fast Wi‑Fi, needed it for work, and the free access to Prime and Netflix was fantastic (there’s also DAZN, my husband was thrilled!). The location is excellent, right in the center of Troia and very convenient for walking. Another big advantage is the parking: we parked for free in Piazza Ziccardi, right in front of the entrance, which was very convenient for loading and unloading luggage at arrival and departure. The staff were kind, helpful, and attentive, with clear directions even before arrival. Everything was simple and well organized. The value for money is truly great! A decisively positive experience: we will definitely return and recommend Terrazza Ziccardi without hesitation. 10/10!
