“Adequate and Functional. Convenient for Eurotunnel.”

The B+B Hotel offers the usual space and facilities (a bit cramped), still better than the F1 next door and slightly better than the Sure Hotel on the same road; it’s clean and functional; a two‑minute drive gets you to Auchan next door, which hosts a “eat‑all‑the‑vegetables‑you‑can” lunch spot—healthy! The automated late‑arrival instructions were confusing; it wasn’t clear how to pass the outer gate if you need a code from the reception machine behind the locked gate—after some effort we learned there’s a separate pedestrian gate that supposedly isn’t locked.

“Very enjoyable”

Staff were excellent and very helpful; there are plenty of restaurants nearby; the downstairs room fit us well and we could park right outside the room; the bed was a bit uncomfortable, but otherwise everything was fine.

My wife has a disability and the room was on the 3rd floor without a lift, so we never stayed there and drove back to Holland for the night.

“Cheap but not cheerful”

The location is convenient for the Euro tunnel, but the noise from neighboring rooms, hotel staff, police, and delivery activities made it hard to sleep, and the parking felt cramped.
