The property sits in a great spot with beautiful ocean views, the staff were friendly, and the overall vibe was pleasant. However, we were let down when we discovered that the property, while advertised as beachfront, does not allow guests to swim in the area directly in front of it. This wasn’t clearly mentioned in the listing and differed from what we expected when booking. The description should be more accurate so guests can make informed choices, especially if beach access and swimming matter. All in all, it was a decent experience, but clearer advertising would have helped set expectations.

“Comfortable and Convenient Family Stay”

What stood out most was the excellent beachfront location—quiet, peaceful, yet within walking distance of shops, cafés, and restaurants, and right in front of the port for easy island tours. The family room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with cool air‑conditioning and fresh bedding. I liked the small dining table with high chairs, plus the hallway water and coffee station that came with cups, spoons, and a dry rack for convenience. The staff were very accommodating, friendly, and always ready to help. The place felt safe and well‑maintained, and the price was very reasonable for the quality and convenience offered—overall great value. A few small tweaks could improve the stay, such as adding foot rugs and more basic toiletries, and the breakfast options were a bit limited. It would have been nicer if our room had a view, though it was understandable that it was behind the other family room. These were minor concerns compared to the overall positive experience.

The place sits right on the beach in El Nido, so the location is spot on. The room, however, has no windows and the decor is very minimalistic, which is a bit disappointing.

“Falta de atención al cliente”

The property is close to the ferry dock, which was convenient. The owners’ service fell short when we asked for fresh sheets and towels; they never showed up at the reception when we needed them, and there was always a shortage of soap and shampoo. Even the morning greetings were missing.
