“Smelly room”
I liked the location, but they first put us in a smoking room which was the only available at the time I reserved it. We got off the elevator on that floor & the smell was horrible. It only got worse when we entered the room. The carpet was dirty & stained. However, they did move us to another room that was a lot better one floor up. They need to permanently close that room

The casino’s atmosphere was appealing, but the rooms were poorly maintained and clearly need a renovation.
The beds were extremely comfortable and the staff were exceptionally friendly.

I’m close to downtown shops, but the room was smoky, loud, and not very clean. The refrigerator stopped working and it took two attempts to get a replacement. The carpet was nasty with burn holes and stains, and there were mysterious stains on the bed skirt. The AC barely kept up, but the ceiling fan was helpful.
The location was near downtown, but the breakfast selection was limited and the gym was underwhelming.
