The facilities were amazing, the beach access was convenient, and the staff were friendly. However, the heater’s water temperature was inconsistent and rose suddenly.

Clean, friendly staff. Power cut on last night for 4 hours. Couldn’t pack or charge phones as it was pitch black, took a while for them to come fix it despite mentioning 3 or 4 times

Everything was great except the room rates, which were a bit over the top compared to other hotels and overseas options. No other issues this time.

We had a wonderful time; the rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained. The food was delicious, and the staff were friendly and very helpful, even making us a cake for our wedding anniversary.
