Huge thanks to the wonderful hotel staff who gave us a great and comfortable stay! Everything was clean, both in rooms and on the premises; the bed was changed daily, room cleaning was excellent, and they constantly provided shampoo, gel, toothbrushes, and toothpaste. Water was available everywhere! The staff were very polite and friendly, almost all spoke Russian! They understood our situation and waited three days for the money while we exchanged it at the bank, because banks were closed on weekends. In short, when we return to Ferghana we will definitely stay only at Makan Hotel. Thank you so much! No complaints!
