The building’s elegance and the impeccable services are outstanding. It’s just a short walk from the Arena and the historic centre. The luggage storage lockers are exceptional. The fridge is stocked, even with sparkling wine for guests. The beds are comfortable and the place is completely quiet. The bus to and from the station is convenient. Everything is excellent! I have to return.

The room is beautiful, modern, and very spacious. Complimentary drinks are provided. The location is great. Luggage can be stored before and after check‑in/out. The host communicates well. After travelling for 10 days around this part of Italy, this was by far the best place we stayed 😊. Nothing to add.
