The staff were very kind, the warm pool was nice, the waiters excellent, the location good, and the place was very clean. The only issue was that the room lights were white; I would have preferred warmer lighting.
The rooms were comfortable, the staff very friendly, and the area felt safe; the OXXO and pharmacy are nearby. The only drawback was that the reception didn't have adapters for foreigners if needed.

They charge whatever they want; I paid a certain amount through a platform and was billed less than I paid, and they won't let me review the discrepancy. The same complaint repeats.
